Ms. Horkan received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in law from Keio University, Tokyo in 1993 and 1995 and an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000. Prior to entering business school, she worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton as a management consultant. Ms. Horkan joined Dodge & Cox in 2000. She is a Vice President and shareholder of the firm and a CFA charterholder.
