Many of our more experienced colleagues began their careers here after college or graduate school, working alongside senior investment team members or other senior leaders. We are committed to providing training and mentorship to help new employees gain knowledge and experience that enable them to be strong contributors.

Full-time roles for recent college graduates

We regularly recruit recent graduates for associate-level positions across our investment team and other functional areas. After gaining some experience, many of our research associates pursue their MBA degree or career opportunities elsewhere. College and MBA internships

We offer summer internships in our San Francisco office. These programs aim to provide an experience that mirrors that of a full-time associate with respect to workload, responsibilities, and expectations. 

MBA Summer Intern

MBA students spend at least 10 weeks analyzing equity investments and performing due diligence on companies as part of our investment team.

Investment Associate

College seniors join our investment teams for 10 weeks each summer for a hands-on research apprenticeship experience that enhances our investment theses.

Business Associate Intern Program

College students join our teams across the firm every summer to participate in functional roles that help them learn how we serve our clients.
