Mr. Johnson received his B.A. degree from Harvard College in 1984 and his M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1989. Prior to entering graduate school, he worked for three years as a securities analyst with Fred Alger Management. Mr. Johnson joined Dodge & Cox in 1989. He is a Vice President and shareholder of the firm and a CFA charterholder.
